Keesha Boyer is the Center Director of Kiddie Academy of Honolulu, bringing more than 24 years of experience in early childhood education with a specialization in infants and toddlers. Born and raised in Honolulu, Keesha is passionate about serving the community she calls home. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of early learning programs across Oahu, gaining extensive knowledge in child development, family engagement, and educational leadership. As a mother of four children, including two adult children and two teenagers, Keesha brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her role. She is excited to help bring the Kiddie Academy brand to Hawaii while incorporating local values, culture, and aloha spirit. Her dedication to children, families, and educators helps create a nurturing environment where young learners can grow, thrive, and succeed.

Ronna Weaver is the Owner and the heart behind Kiddie Academy of Honolulu. With years of experience in education across a wide range of age groups and subjects around the world, Ronna brings a wealth of knowledge, vision, and passion to the academy. Her love for children and commitment to providing high-quality early education inspired her to bring the Kiddie Academy brand to Hawaii. Ronna believes that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Her dedication to supporting children, families, and educators has helped shape the welcoming and family-centered culture that defines Kiddie Academy of Honolulu today. Hatty Norman

Office Manager

Hatty Norman is the Office Manager at Kiddie Academy of Honolulu and is often one of the first friendly faces families see when they enter our center. Whether she is answering phones, assisting families, supporting staff, or helping ensure daily operations run smoothly, Hatty is always ready to lend a helping hand. With more than 30 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in Hawaii, Hatty brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to our academy. Her deep understanding of early childhood development and her commitment to supporting children, families, and educators make her an invaluable member of our team. Hatty's warm personality, caring nature, and willingness to go above and beyond help create the welcoming and supportive environment that families have come to expect at Kiddie Academy of Honolulu.
