Theresa joined Kiddie Academy as Assistant Director in July 2025. With over five years of childcare experience and a 25-year career as a paralegal, she brings a unique blend of professionalism, organization, and compassion to her role. Theresa is dedicated to creating a positive environment for children, families, and staff while supporting the academy’s commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Rosanna LeBlanc is an experienced professional with over 10 years in the childcare industry and 15 years of Human Resources experience. She began her childcare career working in the classroom for 2 years, where she developed a strong passion for supporting children’s learning and development. For the past 8 years, she has served as a childcare director, leading teams, supporting families, and creating safe, nurturing, and positive learning environments for children. Her background in Human Resources has strengthened her leadership, communication, and staff development skills, allowing her to successfully support employees while building strong, collaborative teams. Rosanna is passionate about early childhood education, leadership, and creating environments where both children and staff can thrive and succeed.
