“I feel like being a new school you may not have all of the experience that an older school would have (like I was shocked when kids were allowed to wear crocs at first, while at most other schools were not allowing it!), but you always listen to my concerns and take action to correct an issue or provide better service. I know you have changed policies and procedures to fit a parent need or concern. I feel like my child is safe and cared for and that we are a team in his development.
