“The staff willingness to support the parents and children. Teachers and staff are amazing! This is our 4th Daycare within a year and Kiddie Academy has by far provided better care to our child. The Director open door policy to address any issues the parents may have with staff is comforting. The Director reassures parents any concerns that are not being met will be addressed and they are address/resolved by the next day. Our daughter Bears and Monkeys Teachers are excellent, nurturing and attentive. The academy has camera access to view your child at school and provides updates throughout the day using their Tadpole system. My daughter is doing very well at Kiddie Academy and we are happy we chose Kiddie Academy of Leesburg as our daughter Daycare!”
