Sarah Pusateri

Regional Director

Sarah Pusateri is the Regional Director of Operations at Kiddie Academy, where she has been a valued leader since 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social science and is certified in team training, equipping her with the knowledge and tools to effectively lead and support multiple Academy locations. With a strong background in operational management and early childhood education, Sarah is committed to ensuring every Kiddie Academy center under her guidance maintains the highest standards of quality, safety, and educational excellence. She works closely with directors and staff to build strong teams, streamline operations, and create environments where children, families, and educators can thrive. Sarah is passionate about professional development and empowering educators through mentorship and training. Her leadership style is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on continuous improvement. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and supporting initiatives that promote child development and family engagement.
