“Camera access helps set this daycare apart from any other institution in the area. Meal offering is a wonderful stress free positive. As well as patient staff. Having the cameras makes it very visible of just how difficult of a job childcare can be. It has given me a whole new appreciation for these workers and all they endure. Spending the day with a room filled with small children would sound easy to most. And clearly it is not. Nor is the job suitable for any and all. It takes some really unique, patient and talented people to poses the correct skills to work so close with small children.
