Meet the Owners

Ian and Teri Baierlipp

Hi! Our names are Ian and Teri Baierlipp, and we are proud to bring Kiddie Academy to Missouri City! Ian graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, served as an Officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers, and then spent eight years working in the Oil and Gas industry as an engineer and supervisor. Teri graduated from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and is currently working as a PA at Texas Children’s Hospital. We have been married over twelve years and have three AMAZING children who are the center of our worlds. After experiencing first-hand the ups and downs of childcare with our own kids, we felt motivated to bring something better: a safe, family-centered educational childcare program where learning is fun, and one that we

Barrie Beasley

Academy Director

Hello! My name is Barrie Beasley and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Director of KAMC. I have worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 15 years, with a majority of that time being a classroom teacher in accredited preschools. During this time, I also earned an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Development, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a Texas Childcare Director Certificate. I am extremely passionate about education and fostering a healthy environment where children feel safe and can thrive both mentally and physically. My passion for education and the field of ECE led me to the role of Director. In my free time, I love to swim, practice yoga, and read. My happy place is anywhere near the ocean.
