    Marci and Dwight Wilkinson, Owners

    Hi! My name is Dwight Wilkinson and I, along with my wife Marci, are the proud owners/operators of the Kiddie Academy of Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. We met while attending Penn State University where I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marci graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture. Marci and I have been married for 38 years and have four great, and very active, children: Ashley, Tyler, Devin, and Zach. Previous to opening Kiddie Academy, we had owned three Haagen-Dazs ice cream shops. It was a very fun and rewarding experience but retail hours took away from family hours. While looking for a business that permitted us more time with our kids than the ice cream business allowed, we researched and visited an array of local and national childcare facilities. Kiddie Academy stood above the rest. Kiddie Academy's established and published curriculum is designed to help children develop a strong academic foundation, with hands-on learning activities that empower children to be confident while having fun. With over 40 years and more than 250 centers up-and-running nation-wide, the experience, support and dedication from Kiddie Academy's corporate offices are incomparable. I hope you can tell that we love working with children and watching them learn and grow. We want to make Kiddie Academy your child's second home where they can feel secure and nurtured while receiving a quality education.     Nikki Dillon, Director

    I started with Kiddie Academy of Montgomeryville when it opened in 2003 as an assistant teacher while going to school. As I gained experience and furthered me education I worked my way up to lead teacher in various classrooms and then Director in November 2012. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Temple University. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and I am a devoted Flyers fan. I have 2 children, Emma and Mason, enrolled here. What I love most about working with children in the Early Childhood profession is the children’s eagerness to learn. It is the most amazing feeling when a child has that “ah ha” moment when learning something new. I am dedicated to my career and hope to build upon the nurturing and safe environment at Kiddie Academy. I want to continue to make our families feel like we are their family away from home.
