  Dr. Michelle Meza, Owner

  Dr. Michelle Meza is a board certified pediatrician and neonatologist that has devoted her career to taking care of both sick and well neonates. She is originally from McAllen, TX however has lived in San Antionio, Galveston and New York City while persuing her medical degree  Since moving to New Braunfels in 2013 with her husband and 3 children, she has wanted to provide the community with a child care facility that goes above and beyond parent's expectations. Dr. Meza's journey to bring Kiddie Academy to New Braunfles began in 2018 and she is excited to finally open it's doors in 2022. "I've spent over 20 years caring for the medical needs of infants and children. I'm excited to also be able to provide the children of my community with a child care facility that prepares little ones for their future academic journey."

  Amanda Mobley, Curriculum Coordinator

  I live in Spring Branch with my husband William and our youngest 2 children. We have 1 adult daughter who has blessed us with our oldest grandson and our granddaughter. We also have 1 adult son who has blessed us with two grandsons. My passion for caring for and teaching young children has been with me since I myself was a child. I began working in the church nursery and babysitting at age 13. I took child development in high school and was able to be a student teacher in a first-grade classroom my senior year. I started working in daycare centers at age 17 and have worked for several over the years including preschools. I ran a registered in-home childcare/preschool for over 10 years in Fort Worth during which time I obtained my CDA. I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education administration and am currently studying to get my Texas teacher certification. I am super excited to be part of what I believe is going to be the best preschool in New Braunfels, Texas. So much thought and preparation has gone into creating this school and I know that all the teachers selected are well qualified and have a passion in the field of early childhood education. I can't wait to get started and meet the precious little children who I will have the privilege to teach and to watch as they learn and grow.

  Stephanie Lewis, Assistant Director

  I’m Stephanie. My husband and I live in New Braunfels with our sweet little girl Sophia and our pup Emily. We’ve moved more times than I’d like to admit, with most of it being around the Texas Hill Country. We lived in Seattle, Washington for a year where I really started getting into the industry of Early Childhood Education. Since then, I have worked in the school districts in Special Education as well as substituting and in other ECE Centers. I’ve most recently spent time working in Mental Health with adults, but have found myself back in education with children. I have a strong passion for working with children and watching them grow as tiny humans. I find it my duty to make learning fun while shaping the minds of our future. I am excited to learn and grow along side of our children and inspire them to be confident successful leaders for generations to come.

  Amber Britton, Lead Kindergarten Teacher

  Amber Britton and her husband live in New Braunfels, TX with their boys James and Jack. Her husband’s military medical journey has taken them from their home state of Pennsylvania, to Georgia, Washington DC and now to Texas! They have three dogs and two cats in their family as well. Amber has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education (K-6) and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Educational Leadership. She has over 11 years in the education field working as both a Pre-K teacher and most recently as an Assistant Director at a local learning center. “I have found through my travels that my true passion is in the classroom with little learners. I am very excited to work for Kiddie Academy and meet all my little learners!” In her spare time she loves to read and visit the local library. She and her family also enjoy camping, spending time outdoors, and boating at Canyon Lake! “A fun fact about me is that it has always been a dream of mine to write my own children’s book! I have a vast collection of children’s literature in my home for my boys and would love to have one of my very own some day!”
