"Hello, my name is Ms. Claudia, and I am the new Director of Kiddie Academy of Oakland. With over 30 years of experience in education, my journey began in Brazil before I moved to the U.S. 26 years ago. After earning a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA, I returned to school to pursue my passion for early childhood education, obtaining my early childhood credentials. I’ve taught students from 6th grade to preschool, but it was in the preschool classroom where I truly discovered my passion for nurturing young minds.    I believe that the early years are critical in shaping a child's future, and I am committed to creating an environment where every child can thrive and explore their potential. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and enjoy bringing the community together."

My name is Urainna Gray. I graduated from Orange Technical College with my CDA and Directors credentials. I have worked in early childhood education for over 20 years. I enjoy everything that comes along with the childcare field such as nurturing children, supporting staff and partnering with families. It brings me such joy to be apart of children reaching their developmental milestones.
