Heloisa is the Vice President of Operations for TCF Schools Management and has been a dedicated leader in early childhood education for over a decade. Since opening the first Kiddie Academy location in 2015, she has overseen the company’s growth and now supports multiple schools across several states. Her role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence while ensuring every academy upholds Kiddie Academy’s educational philosophy and brand values. Heloisa works closely with directors and regional leaders to build strong teams, foster family engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.   With a deep passion for early education, Heloisa is committed to ensuring every child and family served by TCF Schools experiences exceptional care and a foundation for lifelong learning.

Simone Muller

Academy Director

Simone comes to us with over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and 5 years in administration. With a BFA in Theatre and an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education, Simone brings a unique blend of creativity and educational expertise to our team.At the heart of Simone’s approach to education is a deep belief in the power of relationships. Simone is passionate about fostering a caring, supportive environment where children can grow and learn through play. Creativity in the early years is incredibly important to Simone, as it helps children develop the confidence and skills they need to flourish. Outside of work, Simone is a proud mom of 3—two bonus daughters, Hayden (17) and Sydney (19), and a 3-year-old son, Taeryn. Simone and her partner, Kyle, live in Olathe. Brittney Prock

Assistant Director

Hi, I’m Brittney! I’ve been in Early Childhood Education for over 10 years and hold an Associate Degrees in both Early Childhood Education and General Sciences. As Assistant Director, I love being part of a team that helps children grow, learn, and thrive every day. Building strong connections with the children, their families, and our staff is one of my favorite parts of this role. Creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported is very important to me. Outside of work, life is full and fun with my four daughters (all 4.5 and under!) and our five dogs. I also enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time with my family.          

Mackensey Spicer

Regional Director

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Mackensey Spicer has dedicated her career to nurturing young learners and supporting families. She began working with infants and has taught every age group, gaining a deep understanding of each stage of child development. Her leadership experience includes serving as an Early Childhood Center Director and School-Age Program Director in Kansas, as well as Director of an Early Head Start program in Missouri. Most recently, she served as a Child Care Licensing Specialist for the State of Kansas, strengthening her expertise in quality standards and compliance. A proud mom of three, Mackensey enjoys traveling to Florida to visit her oldest child. She is excited to join the Kiddie Academy family and continue providing exceptional child care to families across the Kansas City metro area.
