Hi, I’m Brittney! I’ve been in Early Childhood Education for over 10 years and hold an Associate Degrees in both Early Childhood Education and General Sciences. As Assistant Director, I love being part of a team that helps children grow, learn, and thrive every day. Building strong connections with the children, their families, and our staff is one of my favorite parts of this role. Creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported is very important to me. Outside of work, life is full and fun with my four daughters (all 4.5 and under!) and our five dogs. I also enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time with my family.          

Simone comes to us with over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and 5 years in administration. With a BFA in Theatre and an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education, Simone brings a unique blend of creativity and educational expertise to our team.At the heart of Simone’s approach to education is a deep belief in the power of relationships. Simone is passionate about fostering a caring, supportive environment where children can grow and learn through play. Creativity in the early years is incredibly important to Simone, as it helps children develop the confidence and skills they need to flourish. Outside of work, Simone is a proud mom of 3—two bonus daughters, Hayden (17) and Sydney (19), and a 3-year-old son, Taeryn. Simone and her partner, Kyle, live in Olathe.
