Heloisa is the Vice President of Operations for TCF Schools Management and has been a dedicated leader in early childhood education for over a decade. Since opening the first Kiddie Academy location in 2015, she has overseen the company’s growth and now supports multiple schools across several states. Her role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence while ensuring every academy upholds Kiddie Academy’s educational philosophy and brand values. Heloisa works closely with directors and regional leaders to build strong teams, foster family engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.   With a deep passion for early education, Heloisa is committed to ensuring every child and family served by TCF Schools experiences exceptional care and a foundation for lifelong learning.

Hi, I’m Brittney! I’ve been in Early Childhood Education for over 10 years and hold an Associate Degrees in both Early Childhood Education and General Sciences. As Academy Director, I love being part of a team that helps children grow, learn, and thrive every day. Building strong connections with the children, their families, and our staff is one of my favorite parts of this role. Creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported is very important to me. Outside of work, life is full and fun with my four daughters (all 4.5 and under!) and our five dogs. I also enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time with my family.
