Working at Kiddie Academy of Pickerington has been such a rewarding experience for me. I truly enjoy being part of a place where I can watch children grow, learn, and build confidence every day. It’s amazing to see their progress—from learning simple routines to developing new skills and friendships. Being able to support their curiosity and creativity makes each day meaningful. I love creating a positive, nurturing environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and excited to explore. Knowing I play even a small role in their development and early learning journey is incredibly fulfilling and reminds me why I’m so passionate about what I do.

I have always had a passion for teaching children and love watching them learn, grow, and discover the world around them. Their curiosity, creativity, and excitement inspire me every day. I believe children have unique perspectives and can teach us just as much as we teach them. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Outside of work, my family means everything to me. I enjoy spending time with my two older children and our dog, Peanut. In my free time, I love researching new topics, reading, and painting. I believe learning never stops, and I enjoy finding new ways to grow both personally and professionally while making a positive impact on the children and families I serve.

I am so excited about working at Kiddie Academy! I have been involved with early childhood education for years and am very happy and excited to be a part of this new school. My husband studies aviation flight at Ohio University, and we have two cats. My favorite hobbies include reading and spending time with my family. I am extremely excited to be here as the Director and look forward to the opening of this new school! 

Brittany Witkowski

Hello, my name is Brittany Witkowski. I graduated from Morehead State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Since graduating, my career path has grown immensely from teaching Pre-K and Private Kindergarten to various leadership roles within Kiddie Academy. I have helped open Kiddie Academy of Hilliard in 2017, Kiddie Academy of Downtown Columbus in 2020, and Kiddie Academy of Pickerington in 2023. When I’m not at KA, you may find me traveling with my husband, at church or having a game night with friends!
