With over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including 15 years as a Campus Director, I am passionate about nurturing young minds and creating meaningful learning experiences. My educational background includes two Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Business Management, along with undergraduate degrees in Early Childhood Education and Business Marketing/Management. My career began as a Toddler Teacher and progressed through Preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Elementary Education before becoming a Director. As a mother, I understand the importance of building a strong foundation for lifelong learning. My child-development philosophy centers on nurturing the whole child through play, exploration, positive relationships, and individualized learning. I believe every child develops at their own pace and deserves a safe, supportive environment where curiosity, creativity, confidence, and independence can flourish. I look forward to partnering with families and inspiring every child to discover, grow, and thrive!
