Michelle Soto

Regional Director

Michelle has been working in early childhood education since 2011 and brings a strong passion for supporting children, families, and educators. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, providing her with a unique understanding of child development and family support.As Regional Director, Michelle enjoys partnering with educational teams to create high-quality learning environments where children can thrive. She is dedicated to mentoring staff, building strong family relationships, and ensuring every child receives exceptional care and education.Outside of her professional role, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Felipe, and their four children, Haley, Felipe Jr., Avery, and Maddox. Her experiences as both a parent and educator inspire her commitment to helping children reach their full potential.

Rikki Iatarola

Regional Director

Rikki serves as the Regional Director and is passionate about creating high-quality educational experiences for children and families. She believes every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow and thrive. Through strong partnerships with families and educators, Rikki is committed to fostering a supportive community that helps children build a foundation for lifelong success. Rikki holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from West Chester University and a Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate for grades Pre-K through 4. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her four children, Carter, Chase, Will and Hudson.

Rebecca Wynne

Academy Director

My name is Rebecca Wynne, I’ve been with Kiddie Academy of Quakertown since we opened in January 2016. I started in our 1 year old classroom and continued to move throughout the building opening classrooms as our center grew with enrollments.  I was promoted to Assistant Director/Curriculum Specialist in February 2019 and now I’m excited for my new adventure as the Center Director.     I’ve been a resident of the Upper Perkiomen Valley for my entire life.  I’m a proud mother of my handsome nephew Michael (18-year-old already I must have blinked).  In our little family we have the world's friendliest dog Sadie Mae who just celebrated her 15 birthday and one spunky cat Chloe Marie who just turned 2.  I graduated from AshWorth College in December 2019 and hold a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher and having Michael guided me into the early education field and I’ve loved every second.  It’s amazing to be a part of each child’s journey and be able to watch them grow not only physically but developmentally as well.  Being able to watch them accomplish a task and the impact it has on them is life changing.  I’m so grateful for the opportunity given to me at Kiddie Academy of Quakertown and to be a part of your children’s lives.

Emily Nields

Assistant Director

Emily Nields has been with Kiddie Academy since 2016 where she was the Before & After Care/Kindergarten Enrichment teacher. Throughout her time at Kiddie Academy she has taken on various other roles such as Educational Coordinator where she helped mentor and train lead teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and the overall classroom setting. As the Assistant Director Emily has continued mentoring staff and creating dynamic classroom environments.  Emily has her Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from Montoursville, PA. She is currently enrolled at Eastern University working towards her Pre-K - 4 Teaching Certification.  Emily enjoys getting to be a part of a child’s first educational experience. She strives to provide a positive and welcoming center along side of the Director, Becky. Together, they have created a beautiful and friendly atmosphere for all at Kiddie Academy.
