“We like that the staff seems engaged and genuinely cares about the kids- we don't feel like a number. It makes me feel good about drop off/picking up my daughter when the support staff (outside of her direct teachers) know her name and she will yell hi and wave at them. We put a lot of trust in leaving her at daycare, but we feel safe at Kiddie Academy. We also like that there is low staff turnover and the kids have consistent caregivers.
