Fun Calendar – Family Information

Dear Families,

We are excited to share our Childcare Center Fun Calendar! Each month, our calendar is filled with engaging activities, themed days, and special events designed to make learning fun and meaningful for your children.

From dress-up days and hands-on learning experiences to special celebrations and classroom activities, our goal is to create a joyful environment where children can explore, create, and grow. These planned activities also support social, emotional, and cognitive development while encouraging participation and creativity.

We encourage families to stay involved by reviewing the calendar regularly and helping your child participate in special theme days when possible. Your involvement helps make these experiences even more exciting for the children!

Please note that activities may occasionally change to better meet the needs of our classrooms.

ResponsiveEd Pre-K Partnership with Kiddie Academy — Parent Explanation

The ResponsiveEd Pre-K Partnership with Kiddie Academy is a collaboration designed to give young children access to a high-quality, structured early learning experience before kindergarten.

In simple terms, it blends the strengths of both organizations:

• ResponsiveEd provides a state-aligned, public Pre-K curriculum focused on school readiness, including early literacy, math, and social-emotional development.
• Kiddie Academy offers a safe, nurturing childcare environment with experienced staff, extended-day options, and enrichment activities.

Through this partnership:

• Children receive a certified Pre-K educational program during part of the day (cost determined by eligibility).
• Families can also choose to use before- and after-school care through Kiddie Academy (which is tuition-based).
• Instruction follows Texas Pre-K guidelines, helping children build the skills they need for kindergarten success.

 

The goal is to make early education more accessible and convenient for families while ensuring children benefit from both strong academics and quality care in one place.

Dear Families,
We are happy to share our monthly menu! All meals and snacks are prepared to meet children’s nutritional needs and follow childcare guidelines. Please note that the menu may change based on availability.

 

Important Notes

• Milk is served with all breakfast & lunch meals unless otherwise noted.
• Fresh water is available throughout the day and with afternoon snack.
• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Substitutions may be made as needed.
