Jennifer Maddock

Director

I am Jennifer Maddock and have been the director for Kiddie Academy of Rochester Hills since June 2003. I have a passion for working with children and love being a part of The Kiddie Academy Community. I graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Early Childhood Development. I am currently serving on the Kiddie Academy Domestic Franchising, Inc. Education Committee. In 2005 I was awarded The Director Of The Year Award by Kiddie Academy Corporate Office in Maryland. I am married and have two wonderful children. I enjoy walking, scrapbooking and spending time with my family. The best part about Kiddie Academy of Rochester Hills is the great sense of community we have. We are very fortunate to have such wonderful families and staff at our academy. To be such an important part in this journey of childhood with the children here is an awesome and rewarding experience!

Lauren Turzak

Infant Lead Teacher

I am Ms. Lauren and have been with Kiddie Academy since 2004.   I have worked in various rooms throughout the academy.   While I love working with all age groups I have a strong passion for working with infants.   I love watching their growth and development on  a daily basis.  They encourage and inspire me with their unconditional love! I am married to my best friend and have two wonderful boys!!  As a family we enjoy baseball and hockey!   My boys are avid ball players and I am their biggest fan!   I enjoy reading and watching movies.

Bridgette Miller

Teacher's Assistant-Infant Room

I am so excited to be at Kiddie Academy.   I have worked with children for 29 years!!  I have worked with children of all age groups but have a great passion for working with  infants.   I love being able to watch them grow and develop each day.  When they reach a milestone I celebrate right along with them.  Some of my favorite things in the infant room are being able to see so many of their "firsts."   Their first smiles, their first laughs, those special first steps....it's all of those things that makes my job so rewarding and makes me excited to come to work each day! I have been married for over 20 years.   I have two boys who are 18 and 20 years old.   I have three dogs.   As a family we enjoy the outdoors, trips up north, watching Nascar  and spending as much quality time together as we can.

Kaley Fields

Assistant Teacher-Infant Room

I have worked at Kiddie Academy since 2011.   While I primarily work with the infants I spend a great deal of time working with the various age groups too.   One of my favorite things to do with the children is spending time outdoors.   I feel like there are so many great learning opportunities outside.   I enjoy exploring with the children, playing in the sandbox with them, playing ball and just being a "big kid" myself. I live in Rochester and have 1 brother.  I also have 3 dogs.   When I'm not working I enjoy shopping, being outdoors, barbeques, crafting and spending time with my family. 

Rita Elias

Lead Teacher-Older Toddlers

  I am Ms. Rita, I have been with Kiddie Academy since January of 2015. I started as a teacher assistant for Toddler I, then moved to Toddler II. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Language arts from the University of Baghdad (Iraq), majoring in Spanish, and I have been attending early childhood education classes in Oakland Community College for the past year (still enrolled). I am fluent in four languages (English, Arabic, Spanish, and Chaldean). I have worked in various positions prior to joining the Kiddie Academy team; ESL teacher at the Southfield School District, and teacher Substitute at Troy and Avondale School Districts.   I am married with six children and two grandchildren and live in the Rochester Hills area. As a mother, I love interacting with my children and their school work and activities. I always volunteer at the local schools’ events and programs, hence, I consider toddler II children as an extension to my family and treat them with all the love, attention, and care they deserve.  My hobbies are reading, decorating, photography, sewing, cooking, travelling, and more…..  I am honored to be a positive influence in toddler II children’s lives, to nurture them and see them grow so beautifully.

Hello! I am Don Parker and I am the proud owner of Kiddie Academy of Rochester Hills. I opened the academy in September 2002. I enjoy having the opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful community such as Kiddie Academy. Watching the children grow and develop is truly a gift.

Usha Tadi

Teacher Assistant-Three year Old

I am Usha Tadi and I am the assistant teacher in the three year old preschool classroom.   I have my Master's Degree in School Psychology.   I love my job and I truly enjoy working with children.  I look forward to coming to work each day!  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my own children. cooking and travelling.   I am glad to be a part of The Kiddie Academy Community.
