He and his wife, Melodie, chose careers in early childhood education after experiencing firsthand the impact of a strong educational foundation and recognizing the importance of high-quality learning during the formative early years. They are honored to support your child’s early development, and through the Life Essentials Curriculum, they strive to nurture lifelong learners and critical thinkers. Professionally, Mr. Marchena built a distinguished career in finance, leading sales organizations and helping middle-market companies grow and scale. A graduate of Brown University, he is a strong believer in continuous professional and personal development. He lives with his wife and their two daughters in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
