Brianna Maddox has been working in the field of early childhood education for over five years and holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her experience, dedication, and passion for working with young children have helped her build a strong foundation in supporting children's learning and development. As the Academy Director at our Sarasota Academy, Brianna is committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can thrive. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with families and supporting her team in providing high-quality early education experiences. One of Brianna’s greatest joys is watching children grow, develop new skills, and reach important milestones. Her passion for early childhood education and dedication to excellence make her a valuable leader and an important part of the academy community.

Office Manager

Kiana Lucas is a dedicated and hardworking educator with a passion for supporting children, families, and the field of early childhood education. She takes pride in creating positive experiences for every family who walks through the doors of the academy and is committed to helping children thrive in a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment. With a strong dedication to excellence, teamwork, and exceptional customer service, Kiana strives to build meaningful relationships with families while supporting the continued success and growth of the academy. Celeste Castro

Curriculum Coordinator

Celeste has been working in early childhood education for nearly four years and currently serves as the Curriculum Coordinator. Before stepping into this role, she spent two years as a VPK teacher, where she developed a passion for creating engaging learning experiences that help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. As both an educator and a mother, Celeste understands the importance of having caring, dedicated teachers who make a positive impact on children’s lives. She is passionate about supporting families, fostering a love of learning, and helping teachers provide high-quality educational experiences. She believes every child deserves a nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and excited to learn each day.
