Catie brings over 13 years of experience working with children from infancy through eighth grade. She joined Kiddie Academy in 2018 as a Pre-K teacher and, through her passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence, advanced into the role of Assistant Director.   She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, along with certificates in Infant and Toddler Development and Family Studies. Catie is passionate about building meaningful relationships with children and families, helping them find the highest-quality care, and creating a nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. She is dedicated to partnering with families to support each child's unique developmental journey and long-term success.

With 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and over a decade with Kiddie Academy at KAGS group, Olive brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as Executive Director of the Bellevue Kirkland, Queen Anne and Greenwood Kiddie Academies. Her journey through roles as Teacher, Program Supervisor, and Academy Director has shaped her expertise and dynamic leadership style. In her role, Olive collaborates with directors, staff, and families to ensure the centers deliver outstanding programs that foster children’s development, strengthen family bonds, and inspire staff. Her leadership focuses on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, driving the success of both academies. Passionate about creating inclusive environments, Olive ensures children thrive, teachers are empowered, and families feel supported.
