We had a very good rapport and experience with the center director (Michelle) in particular who has been very professional and understanding at the same time. One thing we liked most about her working style is that she makes sure that the parent’s requests are taken into consideration and at the same time tries not to change any of her staff’s schedules and maintains the balance.
