Kiddie Academy of South Reno welcomes Lyra Bach as Director!

We are excited to announce that Lyra Bach has joined the Kiddie Academy of South Reno family as Director. She brings experience, passion, a great vision, and most importantly a love for children and families! Lyra is a rockstar and will help mold Kiddie Academy of South Reno for years to come. I studied Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno with focus on Early Childhood Education. For the last 11 years I have worked in Early Childhood Education within our community for both private and non-profit early learning centers. In that time I have worked with children of all ages from infants through preschool age.
As a lifelong educator, I have always believed in the importance of building connections with children and families along with providing a caring, safe and structured environment to help foster growth and love for learning through child-led experiences.
My husband and I have a wonderful 7-year-old daughter, and we enjoy watching movies, cooking, and exploring Northern Nevada.
I am excited to be part of the Kiddie Academy Family!
