Samantha Brissette

Executive Director

Hello! My name is Samantha Brissette, and I am the proud Executive Director of Kiddie Academy of South Riding. With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about creating a loving, supportive “home away from home” where children feel known, valued, and excited to learn. As a mother of two boys, I understand how important it is to find quality care you can truly trust. That perspective guides my commitment to supporting the whole child through meaningful academics, character education, and Life Essentials® skills. I believe strongly in focusing on process over product and recognizing that every child learns and grows in their own unique way. I am incredibly proud of the team we have built and the warm, engaging environment we provide for the families we serve.

Becca Ayoub

Director of Operations

Hi! My name is Becca Ayoub, and I am the Director of Education at Kiddie Academy of South Riding. I have worked in Early Childhood Education since 2014 and joined KASR shortly after we opened in 2017. What I love most about the community we have built is our commitment to understanding why children do what they do and how we can best support their development. I am passionate about the foundational building blocks of learning and enjoy diving into the “why” behind education, which is also what inspired me to pursue my Master’s in Educational Psychology. Outside of my role at KASR, I am a very proud mom of two little boys. One of the most meaningful parts of my journey here has been continuing to grow professionally while watching my own children learn and thrive in a program I have helped build.

Dar-Lin Robinson

Family Experience Specialist

Hi! My name is Dar-Lin, and I am the Family Experience Specialist at Kiddie Academy of South Riding. Before joining KASR, I spent several years working in the nonprofit sector, supporting families and serving the community. I am excited to bring that experience into my role by helping every family feel welcomed, connected, and supported from the very beginning. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My education has strengthened my passion for understanding children and supporting their growth and development. At KASR, I especially enjoy creating meaningful family events, building strong community connections, and helping make each family’s experience a memorable one. Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures. I am so happy to be part of the KASR community!

Corinne Chauncey

Program Administration Manager

Hello! My name is Corinne Chauncey, and I am the Program Administration Manager at Kiddie Academy of South Riding. With more than 12 years of experience in the childcare field, I enjoy helping keep our Academy organized, supported, and running smoothly while also being a familiar and welcoming face for our families. Born in Centreville and raised right here in South Riding, this community has always been home to me. That connection makes being part of KASR especially meaningful, and I love having the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the children and families we serve. Outside of the Academy, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing at the beach. I am incredibly grateful to be part of the KASR team and a community that means so much to me.
