Hello! My name is Samantha Brissette and I am the proud Director of Kiddie Academy of South Riding. My team and I have worked hard to create a loving "home away from home" environment while making sure academics and educational enrichment's are not left behind. Our focus on Character Education and Life Essentials skills make us different because we focus on the child's development as a whole. As a mother to two boys myself, I know how difficult it can be to find quality care that makes a difference and that is why I am committed to making sure our Academy puts a focus on process over product and treating each child as the individual learner they are. With over 15 years of experience in this industry and an amazing team behind me, we are confident that Kiddie Academy of South Riding will be a great fit for your family!

Hi! My name is Becca Ayoub and I am the Assistant Director here at Kiddie Academy of South Riding. I have been in the Eary Childhood Education field since 2014 and joined KASR soon after it opened in 2017. What I love about the community that we have built both inside and outside of the classroom is our strong focus on truly understanding why children do the things they do and how we can best support them. Getting into the nitty gritty of education and focusing on those foundational building blocks is also the reason I am currently pursuing my Masters in Educational Psychology. As if helping run an academy and pursuing a masters was not enough, I am also a very proud new mom! My wife and I had our son in 2023 and what I probably love most about being at KASR now is that I get to not only continue my career, but also have my own son in a program that I have helped build.

Howdy! My name is Danielle Bailey and I am Kiddie Academy of South Riding's Curriculum Coordinator. After about 8 years of gaining classroom experience within a variety of age groups in both Delaware and Virginia, I joined the academy in 2019 as a Preschool Teacher. I absolutely loved that KASR had such a strong focus on the social and emotional aspects of learning while still not forgetting the importance of building a foundation for academics. In 2021 I joined the admin team and was given the opportunity to support all of our teachers in the areas of lesson planning, developmentally appropriate practices, and to provide ongoing coaching to ensure that we maintain the high quality care that our families have come to know and love. As a mother of two kiddos that could not be more different than one another, I also understand and appreciate that our differences need to be embraced and celebrated and I work hard each day to instill this philosophy in our community.
