Meet Our Team

Chandrea Wilson

Executive Director

Meet Chandrea, Executive Director at Kiddie Academy of Steele Creek and Kiddie Academy of Charlotte Blakeney. With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education specializing in Administration, Chandrea brings passion, expertise, and leadership to the Kiddie Academy family. Since joining Kiddie Academy in 2023, Chandrea has been dedicated to creating high-quality early learning experiences where children can learn, grow, and thrive. She believes strongly in the importance of early childhood experiences and is committed to supporting children, families, and educators. Outside of early childhood education, Chandrea is a proud mother of three, Chandler, Chloe, and Chelsea. She enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories with her family. Chandrea is honored to serve the Kiddie Academy community and looks forward to welcoming families and helping every child thrive.
