Kimberly Johnson Caudill

Academy Director

Kimberly Johnson Caudill, our Academy Director, brings over 23 years of expertise in early childhood education in Washington State. Her diverse experience spans roles as a childcare owner, teacher, School Director, and Senior Early Childhood Education Programs Director. She has also served as a Birth to Three Early Interventionist and Family Resources Coordinator with the Washington Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program. Passionate about heart-centered, high-quality education, Kim is committed to building a strong professional team and fostering a nurturing environment for the children and families of Cascadia, WA. Outside of work, Kim enjoys nature adventures such as hiking, camping, and paddleboarding, as well as yoga and exploring new cuisines and cultures. She cherishes time with her husband, three adult sons, and pets. Kim’s dedication ensures our academy thrives as a community focused on whole-child development and social-emotional growth.
