Kim Johnson-Caudill is the Director of Kiddie Academy of University Place, where she is dedicated to building a nurturing early learning community for children and families. With over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Development, Childcare, and Early Learning Education in Washington State, she brings strong leadership and a deep commitment to high-quality early learning programming. Her background includes roles as an in-home childcare provider and owner, early childhood teacher (infant through school-age), Program Manager, Assistant Head of School, Director, Senior Early Learning Director, and Family Resources Coordinator with Washington State’s Early Support for Infants and Toddlers program in Pierce County. Kim is passionate about creating relationship-centered environments where families can trust that children feel safe, valued, and supported in reaching their developmental milestones.
