Owners of Bay Area California Kiddie Academies Bring Home Multiple Awards

Local business leaders Rishu and Vijay Khare, owners of several Kiddie Academy locations in the California Bay Area, recently received the Star Maker Award at Kiddie Academy’s Annual Conference, held virtually last month, where hundreds of franchisees from over 250+ Academies nationwide were considered for the award, which reflect efforts and contributions made in 2019.
Star Maker is a new award which recognizes franchisees dedicated to growing the Kiddie Academy system through referring qualified franchise candidates and sharing their positive experiences as members of the Kiddie Academy Community. Having given prospective franchisees the confidence to join our franchise community, the role Star Makers play is vital to the ongoing growth of the Kiddie Academy franchise system.
Additionally, one of the Khares’ four Academies in the California Bay Area, Kiddie Academy of Vacaville, also received the Life Essentials® Health & Fitness Award. Learning and encouraging health and fitness at a young age is a gift that lasts a lifetime, and good physical health is a critical component of brain development. The winner of the Life Essentials Health & Fitness award consistently provides nutritious meals and ample time for physical activities daily.
According to the CEO of Kiddie Academy, Greg Helwig, Kiddie Academy of Vacaville has many examples of outstanding health and fitness. Inside the classroom, teachers lead activities that help the children prepare for the day by waking up their bodies with good morning exercises. Outside on the playground children ride bikes, play ball, climb the structures and have fun running around. Once a year, the Academy participates in a Color Run that makes the activity so much fun that the children don’t even realize they are exercising.
