Preeti Gulati, Executive Director of Kiddie Academy, leads with heart, purpose, and more than 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. With a professional background as a School Psychologist, Preeti’s work extends far beyond business; creating high-quality educational foundations for young children is her true calling. Since 2015, after opening her first location in Arlington Heights; Preeti has been recognized nationally and internationally for her leadership, excellence, and impact. Her honors include The Daily Herald’s 2024 Most Influential Women in Business, Community Leader recognition from 2023–2025, Franchisee of the Year 2024, Best Life Essentials Curriculum awards among more than 350 schools, and the 2024 Women Changing the World Award.
