Michelle R Richards

Center Director

My name is Michelle Richards and I am the Center Director for Kiddie Academy of Virginia Beach. I earned my Associate of Arts in Business from Western International University and later earned my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Kendall College. My lifetime passion has been working with young children. After enjoying 20 years as a classroom teacher, I began my path in leadership in 2011. Training, supporting and leading teachers for their own successful journey in this field inspires me daily. Serving the families and celebrating the developmental progress of the children in our care is a pleasure! With the support of the families, team, and Franchise Owners at Kiddie Academy of Virginia Beach. I was honored to be named, New Director of the Year for Kiddie Academy for 2016 and Director of the Year in 2019. Our team is committed to ensure your
