    Tadiana Villa, Academy Manager

    Tadiana Villa was born in Colombia, South America. She completed dental studies with honors at Colombia Dental School in 2002. She provided quality dental care to children of all ages at her private practice in Colombia for 3 years. When she moved to United States, Tadiana continued her work in the dental field for 14 years as Orthodontics Assistant. In 2019, Mrs. Villa changed her career and started a new venture as Manager of Kiddie Academy of West Creek. Tadiana’s passion for education in young children was her main motivation in this new chapter in her life. In her spare time, Tadiana enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She loves running and likes to travel with her family.

    Ms. Dawn is Senior Lead Teacher at KAWC. She was born and raised in Richmond Virginia. Ms. Dawn has over 20 years of Childcare experience and holds a Bachelor of Science from Ferrum College. Ms. Dawn trains our highly qualified teachers to guide, nurture, and cultivate each child's development at every milestone. Ms. Dawn is a Wife, Mother, and devoted Daughter to her elderly Mom.     Mercedes Arenas, Senior Assistant Teacher - New Beginnings Infants Program

    Ms. Mercedes is from Colombia (South America). She relocated to Richmond VA in 2021 to be close to her three Children and Grandchildren. Ms. Mercedes has been working in the educational field for over 40 years. Now in her role her a grandmother, she enjoys working with the little ones. In 1981 she graduated with a Sociology degree from Autonoma University of Medellin Colombia. Ms. Mercedes completed her master’s degree in political science and humanities in 2000. Ms. Mercedes served her hometown community in different occupations, but her love for education has always been a passion. “I love coming to Kiddie Academy and seeing our babies every day, I make it my number one priority to make the little ones feel safe and happy.”

    Barbara Rangel, Assistant Teacher - Discovering Me Toddler Program

    Ms. Barbara moved to United States in September of 2021 following a stellar career in the areas of Business Administration for 25 years in her home country, Venezuela. Ms. Barbara is a widow and has two daughters and two grandchildren (twins). Yikes… Double the Trouble!! In her free time, she loves to spend time with her daughter, grandchildren, son in law, and their dogs. “Caring for and Teaching children has been my passion forever, since I am the oldest sister and took care of my younger siblings.”
