My experiences noted in my history have helped prepare me for the biggest job I will ever have. Kiddie Academy is an incredible educational childcare program and we (Devon and I) are proud to bring it to these growing communities.  For over 35 years I built businesses for others and for myself.  In each of my roles throughout the years, my greatest successes were possible because of the people around me.  I'm looking forward to building a team of exceptional early childhood educators and providing for them just as they provide for our children and communities.   Trust. Grow. Celebrate!  These are our personal values and are applied to the foundation of this organization. Earning the Trust of our parents, children, teachers, and communities.  Helping our parents, children, teachers, and community to Grow.  Celebrating the success of our parents, children, teachers, and our communities.   Outside of work, I love spending time with my amazing husband, our nine children (3 are in-laws but we claim them), and our seven grandchildren.  We enjoy being outdoors, camping, traveling, and hanging out with our two lovely dogs.  And I love to learn!

Hello! My name is Madelyn but I tend to go by Maddy! I have had a little over a year of Early Childhood Education experience, but have been working with kiddos most of my life. I have an Associates in Applied Businesses (Paralegal) and have fully completed my certification to be a Preschool Educator. I am planning to go back to school next year for my degree in Early Childhood Education!I have always loved working with children and watching them grow. Preschool is a crucial part in a child’s development. This is where they start to learn who they are and start developing more gross and fine motor skills, social & emotional, cognitive skills and so much more! To be a part in helping children discover who they are and teaching them new things, makes me thrilled to come to the school everyday!A fun fact about me is that I can play the trumpet! I have been playing the trumpet for 11 years. I started playing in middle school and grew to love it. I ended up in marching band in High School and ended up on the leadership team my Jr. year. I occasionally still play it and taught one of my siblings how to play it!

Hello, my name is Amber Dyerson. I am originally from Kansas, I moved here almost two years ago as a FedEx driver. I took early childhood education courses at the community college I went to in Kansas. I do have a bachelor’s in public administration with a minor in history. I love kids and I have always wanted to work with kids for a long time. During high school and college, I did help special needs kids with their studies. In the last few years, I helped adults who are in the Special Olympics with sports activities and daily life activities as well. I have one brother who is married with 3 boys and one girl. I also love animals. I have a chocolate dapple dachshund that is 3 years old and his name is Oliver!

Mrs. Kim, Educator - Older Toddlers

Hello I am Kimberly, and I am very excited to be teaching at the Kiddie Academy! My child care experience is little but still full of passion and care. I started with babysitting when I was young then gained trust with the families I worked with and became a full-time nanny for many families. As I've continued my education I found a love for teaching children how to understand their emotions as well as teaching through hands-on learning. With that being said I look forward to getting to know all the wonderful families and helping their children grow while they are under my care! Lastly, I'd like to share a little about myself; I live in Loveland with my fiance, two cats, and a bearded dragon. Outside of work, I like to spend my free time relaxing at home mostly watching movies, and when the weather's nice I like to go swimming or enjoy a nice walk with my fiance. With that being said I see myself as a patient, down-to-earth individual who is always ready to make a difference within myself and others around me. To conclude, I look forward to moving forward with Kiddie Academy and doing my best every day to make my students excited to learn and explore.

Mrs. Kat, Educator - Young Toddlers

Hi! My name is Katheryn, I also go by Kat. I have worked in Early Childhood education for about 3 years, working mainly with infants and toddlers. I have taken multiple early childhood education courses and continue to learn all the time! I have experience working with children of all abilities and needs. My favorite part of being an educator is being an extension to the family. As a mom, I know how hard it can be to drop your little one off each day and just how comforting it is to know your child will be met with love each day. Something I truly believe is that how we speak to infants and toddlers shapes the way their inner voice speaks to them as they get older. A little about me, I am married to my high school heart and a proud mom of one daughter and one son. I grew up in California and moved to Colorado Springs as a preteen. My family has recently relocated to Northern Colorado and we are so excited to put down our roots here!

    Ms. Charisse, Educator - Infants

Hello, my name is Charisse. I began my early childhood journey through Aims Community College. I will graduate with an associate degree in early childhood education in May of 2024.I most recently worked with toddlers ages 12 months old through 24 months old for two years. And before that I was a childcare provider for a mother in her home. It was an amazing experience to observe and aid in her children’s growth and development through seven years. It was my first ever job and helped inspire my passion for teaching little ones. I have always been around children though, as I have six nieces and three nephews. They are all so amazing and such a big part of my life. What I enjoy most about being an Early Childhood Educator is being a part of something so crucial. I love being able to help children build a solid foundation for education that they can use for the entirety of their life. I think children thrive when they have good self-esteem and positive relationships with their caregivers, So I really focus on building that foundation, so they can feel comfortable when they are learning

    Ms. Joscelyn, Educator - Support

With eight years of experience working with children across various age groups, I am committed to their growth and development. My journey in education began with a degree in education from Colorado State University, and since then, I have had the privilege of working with children from birth through middle school. Time, energy, and effort are never a waste when invested in the care and growth of a child. My goal as an educator is to work on the same team as my students. I desire to help foster a journey of self-discovery, as a learner and a person. Through that process, I want students to be empowered to work with me and their peers. Joy and curiosity are the greatest gifts of working with young children. During the school year, I proudly serve as an elementary teacher at Resurrection Christian School, where for the past five years, I've had the joy of working with early learners as a first-grade teacher. In the classroom and my personal life, I enjoy exploration through art and physical activity. I live in Windsor with my husband and our two pet bunnies. I am thrilled to be a part of the Kiddie Academy School community and am eager to continue making a positive impact in the lives of my students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Sarah Hartley, Director of Community Impact

Hi, I'm Sarah Hartley, the Director of Community Impact for Kiddie Academy of Windsor. I have more than a decade of experience in Marketing and Events for places such as Make-A-Wish, Hospice of the Valleys, Wedgewood Weddings, and more! I earned my Bachelor's degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Counseling, but found my passion was in public relations and hospitality. I spent a portion of my childhood in Colorado and eventually relocated to Southern California. However, as a longtime fan of the Broncos, I married my husband (had a Broncos-themed wedding) and moved back to Colorado in 2022. I recently had my first child, Raven James, in August 2023 and have been adjusting to motherhood ever since! I fell in love with Kiddie Academy, from the team on a local level, to the national brand and curriculum, and I'm eager to help out with Marketing and Events.  Please feel free to contact me with any marketing related questions at Windsor.Marketing@KiddieAcademy.net.

Hear from our parents

I have no words to show my gratitude and how much I love this place. My son is really happy and learning a lot. Special thanks to all the teachers who have a lot of patience to teach our little ones. I can’t wait to bring my other baby in August too! Thank you so…
Gabriela Manfroi R., Fort Mill

The teachers are perhaps the most wonderful set of people we have found in child care. Our son is enthusiastic to go each day and happily hugs his teachers and classmates each day.
Brittany K., Plumsteadville

The teachers and programing is excellent
Adrian V., Wilmington

The thoughtful, caring and consistent teachers and curriculum helps young children flourish. And the fun, empathetic and supportive culture extends from child, to the families, to the staff. It’s been a wonderful place for my children to learn, grow and thrive.
Jackie H., Plumsteadville
