“We have been very happy with our child’s experience at the academy. We love the thoughtful educational and developmental themes introduced each month, and we appreciate how the classroom decor, toys, and set-up are frequently updated to keep things fresh and engaging. However, we would love to see more opportunities for family involvement and feel that a more robust communication system, such as an app for live updates, would be a great addition. Most importantly, we believe there should be a stronger emphasis on health and germ protocols, with timely notifications of any illness outbreaks. This would allow families to better prepare and take necessary precautions at home. Overall, we are very comfortable with the academy and value the care our child receives. With these improvements, we believe the school could truly stand out and exceed expectations.”
