“We have been with Kiddie academy of West Creek since February 2021. Our little one was initially with the infant room and moved to the toddler room when she was 16 months. They made the transition super easy by having us practice in the academy toddler bed for a week in our home. They also had a dedicated teacher assigned to her during the transition week. The teachers and staff are super-friendly towards parents and most importantly, kids. They have apps that provide us updates on food / diapers and even fun pictures for the day. They do offer live video streaming and it helps to take a quick look at your little one during your break. Due to the pandemic situation, our toddler has not been with her grant parents for a period of time. Our tech-savvy parents are also using the video streaming apps to keep an eye on the kid as well. We also feel that the academy offers a well-rounded curriculum to toddlers. They plan fun events during special days in the calendar year and also help celebrate birthdays. They do have a well-balanced diet including breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. They offer options to parents to keep the kid on a specific diet too (veg or any meat for allergies etc.). The academy also gives proper notices with respect to holiday and any changes to hours due to extreme weather. We are super glad that we picked Kiddle academy at West Creak to be our day care.”
