Robert, Erin and Emily know everyone by name, and it absolutely shows what genuine and caring people they are. If I have a message to relay I love being able to use the note section of Tadpoles. The security here is top notch. The pin to get in and out of the locked doors helps give parents a peace of mind. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to know more about the teachers. There have been a lot of float teachers in Infant A recently and it would be nice to know who is holding and taking care of my child. It would also be really nice to know updates during the day such as the time my son got a bottle, when he slept, etc., actually during the day instead of at the end. But those are such minor things compared to the positives here! I referred our neighbors and good friends and they now bring their daughter there. I would refer KA again in a heartbeat- we are very happy to be part of the Kiddie Academy Family! ”
