“Here are some things we like about your educational services: - it is consistent - information is delivered in a timely manner - updates are given as needed - progress is seen in the child - child is happy and cared for - teachers are kind and know other children in other classes as well - it is flexible when needed - mostly it’s a real human approach even though you are running a business; it doesn’t feel like checking off boxes - your staff cares and it shows.
