“I really love the passion and joy that all the staff of Kiddie Academy possess. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and professional. I feel very comfortable and confident that my daughter is in good hands at Kiddie Academy. I do like the structure and thoughtful curriculum that has been put together. I love the Tadpoles app and being able to receive pictures throughout the day! I really enjoy the in-house meals, although my daughter is still learning to eat everything. I think the variety and options are really nice and well balanced. I'm sure it tastes great too. If I could provide some feedback regarding areas of improvement I would request if possible to receive a little more advance notice regarding any upcoming special events. I realize these might be new activities and or schedules are pending some internal review and sign off but I feel like I'm getting caught by surprise a lot of the time. Or perhaps there are notices posted and I need to pay better attention? For new parents joining I would highly recommend providing a holiday closure schedule (it's not in the handbook) since I felt a little caught off guard. I truly appreciate all the wonderful service and support Kiddie Academy provides me and my family. Thanks so much! Keep up the great work! ”
