We love the staff and teachers. They show care and genuine affection for all the children in their classes. It is hard enough to leave them everyday, but knowing they are safe and in good care makes it easier. There is great and quick communication from the administrative offices and they are always ready with a quick answer. I also love the Watch Me Grow feature - it is great to see them interacting with other children and to see what areas of the classroom they prefer to play in. Makes it easier to try and replicate that type of play at home. We feel really safe knowing that everyone has to login before they can enter the building and that all play areas are safely gated in. - Alexis F. on 05/02/2018

1. The caregivers/teachers actually CARE about my child. 2. Personalized and responsive--KA has collaborated with us regarding our child's new severe food allergy, and KA will work to continue potty training with the child on-site when it's time. 3. They stress not only the typical educational stuff (ABCs, numbers, colors, shapes, etc) but also teach kindness, manners, getting along with others, feelings, how to eat at the table with silverware, handwashing/cleanliness, etc. My 21-month-old comes home and puts her books away, tells me when she's dropped food/made a mess on the floor and it needs cleaned, and LOVES to wash her hands with the "bubbles." This morning she told me she was a "little bit grumpy" and we talked about how all her feelings are OK to have, and we talked about things that make us happy. 4. It's impeccably clean! 5. It's stress-free for parents and kids. I have never had an issue with any of the teachers, how they treat my daughter, how they discipline/redirect her, etc. Nothing is punitive. Absolutely NO signs of abuse, maltreatment, or neglect. She is very much loved there, and loves her teachers and classmates. She mentions them frequently at home and is excited to go to school every day. I have recommended Kiddie Academy to several people I know who have been looking for childcare. We are very happy with our decision to use KA. Our daughter is thriving. - Sabrina S. on 05/02/2018

Miss Taylor is conscientious of what parents care about -- our kids! The team at Kiddie Academy is professional and cares about safety first. I respect that they don't hold back in tactfully addressing potential safety and care issues with all parents. I trust Kiddie Academy with my child. - Laura H. on 05/02/2018

Every instructor takes time to know the babies. My son has severe eczema and will scratch himself bloody. The instructors watch for it and will mitten his hands if he starts to do this. They also pay attention to diets of the babies and keep an eye out for any allergic reactions when feeding little ones foods from home. They are wet observant and caring. - Kristen M. on 05/02/2018

The staff are so friendly and helpful! You know they care about the kids. - Jessica T. on 05/02/2018
