“Phenomenal childcare! To sum up our experience, we have been with the franchise for quite some time but switched to this location a few months ago. The entire team is great. The Director Ms. Kyra is absolutely wonderful! From the beginning of our abrupt interest/transition to Kiddie Academy of SunTerra, she was pleasant, informative and accommodating. She knew I was apprehensive given the circumstances and handled our family with complete care. She offered us the ability to tour right away and even meet the franchise owner which I did (and she is equally wonderful)! This childcare location is very clean, very modern (compared to our prior location) and very organized when it comes to caring for the children--- and I mean EACH member of the team (from the pleasant and experienced teachers like Ms. Adrian and Ms. Tamara to the fantastic chef Mrs. E). All the front desk managers Ms. Gina and Ms. Jenny are up to day date with communications in each classroom and if there is a request or matter that should be brought to my attention as a parent, the communication is clear, concise and timely. I met the franchise owner who was in who really does care about how the childcare program is run and even more importantly the level of experience the children and the parents receive while attending. I must say as a parent who does her absolute due diligence when it comes to finding the right school for my children, this school has knocked the ball out the park and we are very fortunate to have had a smooth transition. I really feel like the vast knowledge, great personalities and experience of the Franchise Owner, Director, Managers, the Chef and the Teaching Staff that I have encountered all make that possible. “With the return to office mandate from most companies in effect beginning 2025, it will be very helpful if Kiddie Academy of MillCreek can open earlier than 7:30am. With the heavy traffic during rush hour, most people commuting to Seattle/Bellevue have to start from MillCreek by 7:00am. So, it will be very helpful for Parents to have the child care center open before/by 7:00am. Hope you understand the Parent's situation. ”
