“The investment the owners and teachers have in the whole idea. The owners have an incredible heart for kids. One big thing I noticed is there isn’t much turnover in employees. In a daycare, this is rare. This tells me the owners are great leaders that treat their people right. If the employee is happy, they will take better care of the children. ”
