“I notice the teachers are very friendly in the hallway whether they have the kids in their class or not, I like the warm hellos and goodbyes from the teacher (for example, when the teacher asks for a hug at the end of the day), clean facility, nice outdoor space, good hours, Tadpoles is a great feature. Would love to see more teacher/parent interaction, whether it be in tadpoles or in person - more feedback about how the child is doing or something they did (good or bad) worth noting, or simply, sharing something fun the class did that day, verbally. I love getting photos and I love when a teacher takes the time to compliment something small making it feel more personable. Or I appreciate when the teacher brings up a concern, big or small. Helps me work on things at home. I love when the kids get to go outside more than once per day and I love when they get to use the spare room to play, especially during the winter. Nice to get out of the classroom they are in all day. Would love to see more of that! More "field trips". ”
