“As a parent, this has been one of the hardest transitions for me. Leaving my 15-month-old in a new environment with people I am still getting to know is scary, and I know she is scared too. She has not fully adjusted yet and is still struggling with things like eating and drinking there, which makes it even harder for me as a parent. What I truly appreciate is the patience, care, and understanding the staff has shown her during this process. I can see that they genuinely try to comfort her, support her one on one when she needs it, and keep me informed through photos and updates throughout the day. That communication means more to me than I can put into words. While this transition has been hard for both of us, I feel hopeful about the future. The more I get to know the staff and see how much they care, the more I begin to trust the environment, and that is not an easy thing for a parent to do. I am grateful for the support and look forward to watching her grow, learn, and eventually feel safe and comfortable here.”
