They’re very fair and communication with parents is outstanding since they’ve been in place. - The classrooms and playgrounds are nice, clean and new - The food has improved drastically from last year; it still has areas for improvement, but way better and a decent variety Areas that have the potential to be better: - More updates in the app throughout the day (nap time, meal time, pictures) rather than an end of day summary - Drop off and pickup can be hectic since we never see our Children’s’ actual teacher; sometimes clothes go missing, the teacher at pickup is unaware of where a scratch or pump has come from, etc. ”
