They dont seem to only work together as colleagues but similarly to a family not just in the classroom but throughout the organization. I can tell the teachers care for the babies not just as part of a group but as individuals with little developing personalities. The comments we receive about day to day interactions, attention to changes in his norms, and even their excitement to milestones reached makes me feel relieved that they are part of our cohesive team. As a first time parent, it's terrifying to have to rely on someone outside of yourself to care for your baby. This establishment makes that action a much easier and welcome collaboration. Our son has been thriving and developing at such an impressive rate and I know the academy has a significant role to play in continuing to be responsive to his needs while nurturing his talent. “For us, it all comes down to the staff and the people interacting with our children. Curriculum, purposeful learning, anything educational is certainly important as well, but when we do drop-offs and pick-ups our interactions and communication with teachers/caregivers and the administrators is always too notch, and we have never had a less than positive interaction. I believe that is reflected in our children’s attitudes, abilities, and overall behavior at home. We are very grateful for Kiddie Academy, and can’t recommend this branch enough to anyone looking.”
