“The director and owner of the facility really listen, really work with you, really help out when you need it. It's like a family there and if you need to work late, train breaks down, etc... They will work with you. The center itself has so many amazing activities for the kids, they're constantly doing art projects and working as a team and learning social skills and working their little brains (this month is all about science!). And they send so many pictures I get a great idea of how much fun they're having all day. It's also a huge help to me that tuition includes breakfast and lunch. My only issue is that the permanent staff generally work 9-5, and I'm dropping my kids off before 9 and picking them up after 5, so I never see their permanent teachers, just morning and afternoon float staff that often can't tell me - say how one kid got this bruise or where this missing bottle is. This doesn't affect my score, too minor, but should be considered if I'm talking about recommending the facility.”
