“I feel like the management is exceptional (I would give them a 10). They have been very responsive to our needs/wishes and issue resolution as well. I think where the center could improve is with the teachers and turnover. I feel like there are a couple REALLY good teachers but I do have some concerns that there's not consistency between them and certainly feel that some provide a better learning environment (even at 15 months) to my daughter. I'm very concerned about her transition to the next classroom and the teaching style/behaviors that I have seen with the teachers in that classroom. Once she's ready to transition, we'll have additional dialogue with the center.”
