If you are considering merit increases, I can't say enough great things about them. They have created such a positive and inviting environment for the kids. Working with infants all day can be a stressful and draining job and I have never seen either one of them show anything but a positive front. They encourage the kids to explore, give each kid love and attention, attend to their needs, and promote physical and mental development. Ms. Nancy and Ms. Arielle are newer additions but both jumped right in and bring additional passion for teaching and create a great environment for my daughter to learn. Andi is a hands on and attentive director, the daily operations run smooth. She also reinforces that positive culture at the center. I also love the daily reports and photos. I also love that all the other staff members I have met so far are friendly. As I walk down the hall in the morning, I am greeted by every staff member. I can't say enough about the great culture that is at the core of this facility. I commend the leadership in making strong hiring decisions to create such a great enivornment. I recommend KA to everyone I know that is thinking of child care options :)”
