“Kiddie Academy of Hamilton is the best child care facility around! My energetic son has learned so much and is having fun at the same time. He absolutely loves his teachers! The webcam really helps you feel connected during the day, and I love receiving pictures. The well balanced breakfast and hot lunches with fruit are a bonus!”

One suggestion: when new employees/directors/teachers join the KA team, it would be helpful for the parents to be introduced to them and learn more about them (regardless of whether they are your child's direct teacher). A flyer could be distributed with a short bio of relevant experiences, what brought them to KA in Hilltown, interests, a picture. Or this could be posted on the bulletin somewhere. This would help the parents become familiar with new employees and feel more comfortable leaving their children with them.”
