“We first moved the area on my husbands first deployment, I had to find somewhere just right for our son, as we had issues with our last daycare in California. We wanted some where we would feel Safe. From the moment we walked through the door we felt like part of the Kiddie Academy Family, we took a tour, saw the classroom that would become my sons of we decided to enroll and learned more about different actives available. Then I was told about the Cameras in the classroom that we can view our son. I decided before we even left the building that's where my son would be going. I did take a look at other locations in the area and nothing compared. I registered my son he left for his first day with new teachers and new friends to make and to be honest, I watched the entire first day, I picked him up he was happy as a clam fitting right in like he had been going forever. With the cameras, my husband when he had time while deployed was able to watch and see our son play which was a comfort for him. We were sad to leave the school when my husband came home as no daycare near where he was stationed even compared. The first thing I did when we decided to move back to the area for my husbands next and last deployment was re-enroll him at Kiddie Academy. The day before he was to start again we drove by so he can see the building, his face lit up as he remembered different things he had done there from pajama day, water play, shows, and games. The first day back was like he never left, smiling from ear to ear telling me about all the fun things they learned and did. With the daily reports that are sent we are able to ask questions and he smiles and tells us all about it, which helps for conversation at dinner time, as well as my husband and son to bond from across the country and across the world.”
