The teachers and staff go out of there way to get to know the kids and develop strong relationships with them. When our daughter was 3 she choked on a piece of melon (that ironically, I had sent in for a party). The staff reacted promptly and calmly. Even though I was a wreck when I found out, my daughter was barely fazed by the incident due to the staff's quick response.
