“1.) Improvement on communication with parents about child's care during the day. New computerized system that effectively reports on everything fromwhat they ate to activities and nap times. 2.) For preschoolers especially, they are learning their basic school skills. It's good to see they are practicing their writing and reviewing their alphabets. Something concrete and educational. 3.) More than anything, what my children say about their teachers and what they do. Teachers make or break the daycare experience (for me the mom). 4.) The management works with you and personable.
